## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of handheld O₂ monitors or equivalent to iThemba Labs Faure Western Cape.** Seven units intended for lab/accelerator environments, with full specs as per page 5. This is a one-off purchase (no ongoing maintenance contract); deliver to iThemba LABS, Faure.

#### Requirements
- 7 handheld O₂ monitors with a sensor suitable for ambient air in laboratory/accelerator environments; accurate oxygen concentration monitoring.
- Audible and visual alarms required.
- Battery: rechargeable preferred; replaceable acceptable.
- Calibration capability: support for field calibration or manufacturer-recommended procedures.
- Minimum 12-month warranty and local technical support preferred.
- Include pricing/availability for spare parts: 7 replacement O₂ sensors, 7 batteries (where applicable), and calibration accessories or consumables.
- Pricing must be inclusive of VAT; bid validity at least 60 days; PPPFA 80/20 applies; CSD and tax-compliance verification required.
- Submit mandatory RFQ documents: SBD 4, SBD 6.1 with BBBEE, specification sheet, and pricing (see Annexure A and Pricing Schedule).
