**Procurement of the supply and delivery of Plasson HDPE coupling stock items in specified sizes for 36 months.** Suitable bidders are hardware/engineering suppliers with water-pipe fittings experience, able to supply Plasson couplings and related fittings, and able to meet municipal SCM and tax/compliance requirements (CSD, SARS TCS, SABS, BBBEE, etc.).

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax clearance (SARS PIN/TCS) for all bidders; separate TCS/PIN for consortia.
- Original Tax Clearance Certificate (no copies) and SARS eFiling options; ensure compliance for foreign bidders if applicable.
- Completion of mandatory MBD documents (e.g., MBD2, MBD3 pricing, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8) and submission on official forms.
