**Supply and delivery of HIV and AIDS promotional material.** uMzimkhulu Local Municipality invites reputable and experienced service providers to respond to a re-advert RFQ (ULM-CSS 001/27). #### Requirements
- Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration or proof/number.  
- MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 and MBD9 forms.  
- Certificate of Authority to sign tender documents, on company letterhead, signed by an authorized director.  
- Municipal rates and services certificate for the company and directors (or proof of no arrears for 90 days); or valid lease agreements if leasing office space; or an affidavit if accounts are under relatives; and, if applicable, marriage certificate if account is under a spouse.  
- CIPC registration or verified CSD details or certified RSA IDs for directors.  
- Preference goals: 100% SA ownership (10 points), 50% SA ownership (5 points), <50% SA ownership (2.5 points); promotion of business in KZN (10 points); preferred address on CSD or Induna/Chief letter (10 points). Total specific-goal points available: 20.  
- Price validity: 180 days.  
- Tender documentation must be on the municipality’s provided forms; late or non-submission disqualifies bidders (SMC policy applies).  
- All documents must be submitted to the uMzimkhulu Tender Box; the Council is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.

Conditions: Quotation documents will be available on the municipal website (www.umzimkhululm.gov.za) and will also be available from the cashier at 169 Main Street, uMzimkhulu, 3297 upon the non-refundable payment of R100 per document or a bank guaranteed cheque made out to uMzimkhulu Municipality during working hours between 09:30am and 16:00pm from the 23th of October 2026; cut-off time for buying documents is the 27th of October 2026 15 minutes before the briefing time.

Non-Compulsory briefing meeting is scheduled to take place at uMzimkhulu Municipality Makhosini Building Boardroom,247 Mzimkhulu Mlonyana Street, uMzimkhulu 3297.
