## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of hydrological measuring equipment and instruments for the Department of Water and Sanitation at the Boskop Office.** Bidder should have proven capability in hydrological instrumentation (data loggers, water-level sensors, radar level sensors, pressure transducers) and related accessories, including installation, commissioning and training, with compliance to SA public-sector procurement rules and BBBEE requirements.
#### Requirements
- Tax compliant with SARS and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), with a SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD printout.
- Compliance with SBDs: complete SBD 1, 3.1, 3.3, 4 and 6.1; upload as part of the bid (SBD 6.2 for local content if applicable).
- BBBEE documentation demonstrating score (e.g., BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
- Provide brochures/c brochures and a manufacturer certificate of compliance or distribution letter for all proposed data loggers and sensors (Annexure A: Detailed Specifications).
- Fully comply with Annexure A detailed specifications ( Annexure A) including data logger, sensor and radar requirements; provide 2-day in-person training on assembly/configuration and data download.
- Deliver to the DWS Boskop Office; warranty and post-delivery support as per GCC/SCC.
