## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of ICT equipment (laptops, tablets and related accessories) to CENTLEC SOC Ltd.** Quotation invites IT hardware suppliers and distributors to bid for the listed devices and accessories, with requirements on licensing, registrations, and BBBEE compliance.

#### Requirements
- Bid documents must be on business letterhead, bound, indexed, and page-numbered.
- Submit company registration documents (CK) and a valid tax clearance or SARS PIN.
- Register on CSD; include CSD report and certified ID copies of the owner(s).
- Provide municipal services clearance or lease with current bill and rates clearance, or current account not more than 90 days outstanding (or official council residence letter for non-billed areas).
- Complete all compulsory MBD forms (MBD 4 and MBD 9) in full.
- SANAS-approved BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (points awarded if submitted; not disqualifying if not).
- Delivery within 30 days after official order; prices exclude VAT but include delivery; quotes valid for 30 days.
- Offer may be adjusted or portions accepted; preference system applies (80/20) with specified goals: 50% Black-owned, 50% Women-owned, 50% Youth-owned, and Locality points; total 20 points.
- No quotations from non-CSD-registered suppliers; service-of-the-State vendors disqualified.

#### How to Apply
- Closing date and time: 15 September 2026 at 11:00.
- Submission method: Hand-delivered in a SEALED ENVELOPE to CENTLEC Supply Chain Management, 30 Rhodes Avenue, Oranjesig, Bloemfontein 9301. Emailed quotes are not accepted. 
- Documents to submit: corporate registration, tax clearance, CSD details, MBD forms, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and any other bid documents as per the quotation pack. (see Advert C02-2026.pdf)
- Pre-requisites: Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a CSD number.
