**Supply and delivery of ECDE instructional materials for ECDE centers.** Kwale County Government invites an open national tender for the supply and delivery of ECDE instructional materials. #### Requirements
- Eligibility and qualifications: complete Form of Tender, price schedules, and, if applicable, Joint Venture agreement; Manufacturer Authorization if required; evidence of eligibility to tender.
- Compliance: declaration of anti-corruption practices and adherence to procurement laws; tax clearance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.
- Tender security: Tender-Securing Declaration or Tender Security as specified in the TDS.
- Conformity of goods: evidence that ECDE materials meet the technical specifications and origin declarations (and any required manufacturer authorization).
