**Supply and delivery of kiosks and poles boxes for Bergrivier Municipality from appointment date until 30 June 2027.** Open to competent providers with experience in polyethylene kiosks and 3CR12 kiosks/pole boxes, able to meet detailed technical specs, and compliant with CSD/TCS, VAT, BBBEE, and SCM requirements.

#### Requirements
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide CSD number (MAAA…) and Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or SARS tax clearance.
- BBBEE: submit originally certified BBBEE certificate or originally certified BBBEE sworn affidavit.
- Pricing and contract docs: complete MBD forms (MBD1, MBD3.2 pricing, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10) and GCC; include pricing schedule with VAT included.
