## Summary

#### Overview
**The Department of Water and Sanitation invites bids for the supply and delivery of laboratory equipment, including a 24-position SPE vacuum manifold and related components.** Open to bidders meeting tax compliance (SARS PIN), CSD and BBBEE requirements; joint ventures/consortia must provide separate TCS/PIN for each party. #### Requirements
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN and/or Tax Compliance Status; if in a consortium/joint venture, each party must submit a separate TCS/PIN; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
- CSD registration and VAT as applicable; tax clearance certificate issued by SARS.
- BBBEE: provide BBBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs); separate for joint ventures.
- Complete official bid forms and pricing documents: SBD3.1 Pricing Schedule (firm prices), SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure, SBD6.1 Preference Points claim; sign SBD7 if awarded.
- Technical and delivery requirements for the SPE Vacuum Manifold: 24 independent Luer-port manifold, borosilicate glass vacuum chamber, disposable liner, inert materials, per-port flow control, 20 inches Hg vacuum, integrated vacuum gauge, on-site installation, and 12-month warranty; delivery costs included in bid; supplier brochures for the manifold to be attached.
- Compliance with GCC and potential negotiation under SCC; performance security where applicable; delivery and acceptance terms in contract.
