**Procurement of the supply and delivery of laboratory equipment for the Mzimvubu Water Project – Access Road near Maclear, Eastern Cape.** Bidders should have experience supplying laboratory testing equipment (civil/materials testing focus) and be able to meet South African PPPFA requirements, BBEE status, and related compliance.

#### Requirements
- Complete bid documents on official forms; sign and submit **SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4** (and later contract form SBD7 if successful).
- Compliance with tax and supplier registers: provide SARS **PIN / Tax Compliance Status**, CSD number if no TCS, and be tax compliant.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; active with SARS and Companies IP Commission where applicable.
- BBEE documentation: submit **BBEE verification certificate** or sworn affidavit; annexures for ownership/location (Annexure 1 and Annexure 2) stamped by commissioner.
