#### Overview
**The Capricorn District Municipality invites bids to supply and deliver laboratory equipment/instruments and related services.** Open tender for suppliers of laboratory equipment capable of installation, operation training, product information data sheets, SDS, and warranty support, with compliance to PPPFA/tax, required MBD forms, and relevant registrations (CSD/CIDB where applicable). No bids from persons in the state’s service. 

#### Requirements
- **PPPFA and Tax compliance**: provide Tax Clearance or SARS PIN, and a valid CSD number; foreign bidders may need a pre-award questionnaire; separate TCS/PIN per party if in a JV.
- **Bid documentation**: complete and sign all mandatory forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5 if applicable, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9) and pricing schedule; use black ink; initial each page; bids valid for 90 days.
- **Registrations/prequalifications**: evidence of CSD registration; CIDB where applicable; municipal rates/taxes or lease/tribal authority proof; CIDB only if construction scope applies.
