## Summary

#### Overview

#### Requirements
- Bid Security of 500,000 Kenyan Shillings, valid for 30 days beyond tender validity.  
- Tenders must be delivered in hard copy to the Tender Box on the 6th Floor, Treasury Building, Nairobi, by 11:00 A.M. East Africa Time on 6 October 2026; electronic submissions are not permitted.  
- Complete and submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Manufacturer's Authorization (if applicable), JV agreements (if JV), and evidence of qualifications and eligibility.  
- Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015: include independent tender determination declaration; anti-corruption/conflict declarations; not debarred.  
- Eligibility and conformity: provide proof the Goods meet the technical specs; provide country of origin declarations; Kenyan tax clearance; proof of manufacturer authorization if you are not the manufacturer.  
- Origin rules: certain ICT goods must be sourced from Kenya; no substitutions from foreign sources for listed categories (ICT included).  
- If a JV, nominate a representative and supply Joint Venture Agreement (or letter of intent to execute).  
- Documentation must be in English; include all required stamps, signatures, and page serialization.
