#### Overview

#### Requirements
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN and/or TCS certificate; where applicable, CSD registration not older than 30 days; full CSD report mandatory.
- Proof of municipal financial standing: company and ALL directors’ municipal rates statements, or valid lease/ council letter for non-billable areas.
- Copy of company registration, certified IDs of directors, and certified copies not older than 3 months.
- Valid Reseller Authorization Letter from the OEM for computer equipment (compulsory).
- Returnable documents: Schedule 1–7, MBD 1–9, Schedule 8 (Experience), and related declarations (as per T2).
- Minimum Stage Two functionality: 60% (48/80) with required evidence of Company Experience (40), Financial Capacity (30), and Company References (10).
- Compliance with General Conditions of Contract and MLM procurement policy; no service of state conflicts, etc.
