- Compliance and registrations: CSD (Central Supplier Database) registration, SARS tax compliance (PIN), and SARS status verification; CIPC registration where applicable; official SBD forms completed.
- Local content and cement: NRCS Letter of Authority for cement, cement compliant with SANS 50197, no imported cement, 100% local content threshold for cement; Annexure C completed; NRCS documentation for all cement supplied.
