#### Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; SARS e-Filing acceptable; for foreign entities, pre-award questionnaire rules.
- Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and a current report (not older than 30 days).
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE) and, where applicable, consolidated B-BBEE for JVs/consortia.
- Up-to-date municipal rates and taxes statements for the business and directors (or proof of tribal residence/lease arrangement); addresses must align with CSD/company documents.

- JV/consortium documentation if applicable; separate TCS/CSD for each party.

- Delivery within 14 days of appointment; penalties 5% per week; delivery address: 1 Nel Street, Mbombela.
