#### Overview
**The Swellendam Municipality seeks to supply and deliver lubricating and hydraulic oils, degreasers and cleaners for a 2-year period.** Eligible bidders are suppliers of lubricants, hydraulic oils, degreasers and cleaners who can quote on ALL items within a Category and meet the submission requirements.

#### Requirements
- Quote on ALL items in a Category (mandatory; non-compliance may render offer non-responsive)
- Submit only on the prescribed documents and include a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Submit via a sealed envelope clearly marked with the quotation number and description
- Place quotations in the Municipal Quotation Box at 11 Lind Street, Swellendam, before 11:00 on closing date
- Late quotations or those sent by email/facsimile will not be considered
- Quotations evaluated under the municipality’s Preferential Procurement Policy (80/20) and related SCM Policy
- Quotations valid for 60 days from the closing date
- Inquiries must be in writing; no inquiries in the last two days before closing
