## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of machinery for Cape Agulhas Municipality’s Parks and Recreation Department.** The scope covers two backpack leaf blowers, two petrol chainsaws, and one sit-on grasscutter (plus related delivery and warranty). Suitable bidders are suppliers with public-sector delivery experience, capability to supply the specified equipment, and compliance with SARS tax, VAT, and B-BBEE/CSD requirements (see CAMBD documents in the attached tender package).

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance PIN and CSD registration; B-BBEE status (EME/QSE acceptable) and relevant certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Completed CAMBD forms: Invitation to Bid (CAMBD 1), Declaration of Interest (CAMBD 4), Preference Points (CAMBD 6.1), Past SCM Practices (CAMBD 8), Independent Bid Determination (CAMBD 9) and Form of Offer.
- Schedule 1D (municipal accounts) proof and Schedule 1E (B-BBEE) certificates.
- Schedule 1F (references) proving at least 3 similar public-sector projects in last 5 years with letters.
- Schedule 1G (third-party sourcing) if applicable.
- Pricing must be on official pricing schedule; VAT inclusive; total under R300,000 and single award; delivery within 14 days post PO; warranty as per manufacturer.
