## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of movable grandstands for Bergrivier Municipality from date of appointment until 30 June 2029.** Open to suitably qualified service providers with experience in movable grandstands and who can meet SCM requirements (CSD, TCS, B-BBEE, VAT, etc.).

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in supplying/moving grandstands or equivalent seating structures.
- Registration on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submission of CSD number and Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN.
- Original or certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; failure to submit yields 0 B-BBEE points.
- VAT registration required if contract value exceeds R1,000,000; prices must be VAT-inclusive.
- Attend the compulsory site briefing (30 September 2026, 11:00, Tollie Adams Cricket Field); late entry disqualifies.
- Bid documents must be completed on official forms; no fax/email submissions; 120-day bid validity.
- Evaluation per PPPFA 80/20: 80 for price, 10 for specific goals, 10 for BBBEE (with Preference Form MBD 6.1).
- CIDB grading: not applicable (NO LEVEL AND CATEGORY).
