#### Requirements

- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or provide CSD number; where no TCS is available, provide CSD number.
- Compliance with SCM policy and GCC; valid municipal rates/taxes proof or lease; no involvement of service in the state; no bid defaulters; adherence to anti-fraud provisions.
- Completion and submission on official forms; inclusion of price schedules (e.g., MBD 3.1) and other scheduled Annexures (Forms A–F, MBDs 4,5,8,9, etc.).
