## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of nine STIHL FS 460 brushcutters (or equivalent) for delivery to Cape Agulhas Municipality’s Parks and Recreation Department; open to suppliers with public-sector delivery experience.** Bidders must be registered (CSD/TCS), provide B-BBEE documentation, and meet the technical specs and SCM requirements.

#### Requirements
- Nine brushcutters meeting detailed specs (45.6 cc, 2.2 kW, 11,900 rpm, elastostart, four‑point anti‑vibration, 168 cm overall length, 0.75 L fuel tank, nylon head for 3.5 mm nylon, and required accessories) as per Schedule 1 of the tender.  
- Warranty/guarantee from the manufacturer.  
- Delivery within 14 calendar days after purchase order.  
- Proof of relevant experience: at least 3 public-sector supply/delivery projects in the last 5 years, with client letters on letterhead and sign-off by project manager (Schedule 1F). Minimum 10 points for experience to be considered for pricing.  
- Tax/compliance: Tax Compliance PIN/TCS; CSD number if no PIN; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. CIDB not required (n/a).  
- Complete and submit all CAMBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9) plus the Form of Offer and Acceptance and pricing schedules (as per CAMBD 1–9).  
- Pricing inclusive of VAT; bidder must declare VAT vendor status.

- Use only official forms; no retyping. Complete CAMBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9, Form of Offer, Schedule 1A–1G; attach required documents (see CAMBD checklists).
