#### Overview
**The Eastern Cape CET College is procuring the supply and delivery of office furniture.** The RFQ covers desks, chairs, filing cabinets, stationery storage, long-span shelving, bookshelves, dual-level reception desk, bulk filing systems, and a luxury executive chair for delivery to the Border Training Centre, Mdantsane. Bidders with furniture-supply capability and ability to meet tax, registration, and procurement compliance requirements are invited to bid.

#### Requirements
- Valid tax clearance certificate and SARS tax compliance status with PIN.
- CK registration (business entity certificate).
- Certified IDs for company directors (not older than 6 months).
- Municipal rates statement or lease/proof of address (or council confirmation for rural bidders).
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) full supplier report.
- Separate quotation on company letterhead; completed SBD 4.
- Price comparison integrity: bid sum on SBD1 must align with SBD3.1.
- Compliance with mandatory submission format and non-erasable ink.

Note: Preferential procurement applies (PPPFA 2022 regs). Specific goals (black ownership, women, youth, disability, locality) may accrue points; details require supporting documents (ownership records, SASSA/medical for disability, etc.) as per the RFQ.
