#### Requirements
- Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include the CSD number and full CSD report.
- Must submit fully signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs), valid tax PIN, valid BBBEE certificate, and other mandatory documents.
