## Summary

#### Overview
**NRWDI seeks a supplier to supply and deliver Official Dignitaries’ Photographs and Frames (A3 size) for NRWDI offices.** Bidders should be experienced in professional photography, printing, framing, and related production, with certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 and relevant BBBEE documentation.

#### Requirements
- Quote fully according to the price table and scope of work; include VAT as a separate line.
- Mandatory closing-date compliance: submit before RFQ closing (01 July 2026, 17:00) via the correct email.
- Provide at least two reference letters from clients where Government dignitaries’ photographs were supplied.
- Submit IDs of owners/directors as reflected on registration documents (CIPC/CSD/BBBEE).
- Demonstrate tax compliance and vendor eligibility; bid may be disqualified for non-compliance.
- Attach SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 and, if applicable, BBBEE certificate/affidavit; indicate ISO 9001:2015 status.
- Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (foreign bidders with no local entity exempt).
