#### Requirements
- OEM original equipment parts and repair services for MAN buses; accreditation letter from the OEM valid for the contract duration.
- Be enrolled on the CSD (MAAA prefix) and on the eThekwini supplier database; provide proof in the tender.
- Submit all Returnable Documents: Authority of Signatory, Tax Compliance PIN or Tax Clearance, Declaration of Municipal Fees, Occupational Health and Safety Act declaration, MBD forms (4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9), Official Tender Form, and any Joint Venture agreements if applicable.
- If applicable, provide audited annual financial statements (for tenders > R10m) and evidence of subcontracting plans for Specific Goals.
- Provide OEM accreditation letter (or equivalent) valid for the contract period to be considered.
- Safety: comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements; sign the OHS Agreement (37.2) as part of the submission.
