## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of plumbing and other materials to Midmar Dam for the Department of Water and Sanitation (RFQ WTE-2617ES).** Bidders should be suppliers of plumbing products and general hardware with the ability to deliver to Midmar Dam and meet administrative/registration requirements (CSD, SARS Tax PIN, CIP/CIPC, BBBEE) and local-content targets. #### Requirements

  - National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) report and MAAA/CSD number  
  - SARS Tax Compliance PIN/status  
  - Active registration with CIPC (CIP/CIPC certificate)  
  - Valid BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit  
  - Sign Tender data sections (SBD1, SBD2/Tender Data, etc.) and initial all pages where required  
  - Letter of appointment authorising the bid signatory  
  - Complete and submit SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 and Annexures C (Local Content declaration)  
- Returnable documents: SBD forms, CK certificate, original tax clearance, certified IDs of shareholders, comprehensive CSD reports, etc. See T1.3 and T1.2 (Administrative Compliance).  
- Other: GCC General Conditions of Contract form part of the contract; adherence to PPPFA 80/20 and functionality/price evaluation; supplier must comply with all bid conditions. See T1.1, T1.2, and T2/T1.3.
