**Supply and delivery of plumbing materials for Zwelitsha & East London - as per specification from the Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure.** Bidders should be established plumbing-supply suppliers with capacity to source and deliver items listed (bath mixers, shower components, traps, basin fittings, PVC fittings, toilets, urinals, etc.), and meet SA SCM requirements: tax compliant and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); VAT considerations apply if applicable. Delivery to Amalinda/East London within 30 days of order. 

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN; CSD registration; VAT if applicable; no tender from state personnel. 
- Pre-qualification: must be registered on CSD prior to award; where no Tax Compliance Status, provide CSD number; if consortia, each party must have TCS/CSD. 
- Documentation: complete and submit official forms in SBD family (SBD 1 Part A & B, SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 Disclosure, Annexures A–C); SBD 6.1 for goals; be prepared to sign SBD 7 for contract.
- Technical: adhere to the itemised specification; brand names are not mandatory if equivalent or better is supplied; samples may be requested.
- Evaluation: two phases – Phase 1 Administrative Compliance; Phase 2 PPPFA 80/20 (price 80, specific goals 20) with locality scoring (Buffalo City Metro 6 points, within Eastern Cape 3, outside 0).
- Delivery and risk: supply within 30 days of order; contractor to insure personnel and equipment; warranty and GCC/contract terms apply.
