## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of portable turbidity meter** for field water-quality monitoring, open to suppliers of test/instrumentation equipment and related services.

#### Requirements
- Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with an up-to-date report (not older than 3 months) and provide CSD number or relevant tax/compliance docs. 
- Provide proof of registration with the CIPC, certified IDs of directors/owners, and a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or TCS certificate (foreign bidders to complete Part B:3). 
- Complete and submit all mandatory MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 and MBD9) and attach documents to claim specific goals if applicable (e.g., EME/QSE certificates, SAPS/por affidavits, water account). 
- Attach proof of payment for municipal services if claiming specific goals; include additional documents as required for ownership/local-procurement goals. 
- This bid is subject to GCC and any applicable Special Conditions; evaluation includes price, PPPFA (80/20) and specific goals criteria.
