**Procurement of supply and delivery of PPE and related bedding and protective gear to the Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries (DFFE), including items such as winter sheets, duvet covers, gloves, jackets, balaclavas, snow goggles and other specified PPE.** Suitable bidders are PPE/safety gear suppliers and logistics/providers capable of sourcing, packaging and delivering to East Pier Shed, Waterfront, Cape Town, with some items requiring site visits.

#### Requirements
- Use the RFQ form; quotes must be on your letterhead and include VAT.  
- 80/20 preference points system (price vs specific goals) for bids up to the applicable Rand value; specific goals include >50% ownership by Black people, Women, or People with Disabilities (20 points each).  
- Complete and sign SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; provide supporting BBBEE/SANAS-CIPC documentation if claiming specific goals.  
- Tax compliance: comply with Tax Acts; provide SARS PIN or CSD number.  
- Provide CSD report or MAAA number; ensure VAT registration if applicable.  
- For joint ventures, submit consolidated BBBEE credentials.  
- Prices must be firm unless stated otherwise; price adjustments only for exchange rate.  
- DFFE may request additional information; right to negotiate or not appoint.
