#### Requirements

- Tax and registries: Tax PIN/TCS certificate, CSD number, VAT registration (where applicable). If JV, PINs for all partners and JV agreement.  
- Local content: 100% local content requirement.  
- Supplier capability: letters from PPE manufacturers confirming supply within the timeframe; products must be new, with 12-month defect liability; SABS certification.  
- Financials: Annual Financial Statements for latest three financial years.  
- Evaluation: bids evaluated on 80/20, with 70-point functionality threshold (detailed criteria in the tender).  
- Delivery and quality: six-week delivery after appointment letter; full compliance with SABS codes and specified KPIs.
