#### Requirements
- Fully complete the RFQ on company letterhead.
- Submit quotation by email to RFQCentralNSP@safcol.co.za (subject: RFQ/WILG/009/2026 and description); include all required documents.
- Provide SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit attested by a Commissioner of Oaths.
- Include latest SARS tax clearance, CSD (or MAAA number), and ID copies of company directors.
- Complete SBD forms and return with the quotation.
- Deliver 100% local content and complete SBD6.2 and Annex C (Local Content) documentation.
- For Joint Ventures, provide consolidated BEE certificate.
- Prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive; no delivery before official purchase order.
