#### Overview
**The PPECB invites bids for the supply and delivery of QuEChERS laboratory consumables (RFP/LAB/QUECHERS/2026/03).** Bidders should be capable in laboratory consumables, with AOAC-compliant products, and be prepared to a 3-year contract with a possible 2-year extension.

#### Requirements
- Minimum AOAC 2007.01 compliance for all QuEChERS items (12 items listed; refer Addendum A).
- Accreditation: e.g., ISO 9001.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; include Master Registration Number in SBD1.
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or provide CSD number; ensure tax/compliance status.
- B-BBEE: provide valid status certificate (or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs); JV/consortium must submit consolidated B-BBEE docs.
- Tender documents: signed authority to sign, NDA Annexure A, SBD forms (1, 4, 6.1), tax clearance, and related returnables; disclosure of conflicts of interest.
- Insurance and performance: evidence of insurance; 12-month guarantee for delivered goods; EPCB may require contractual terms and data protection.
- Delivery scope: lead time, stock availability, and performance criteria as evaluated (see Annexure and Section 6).
