## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ for the supply and delivery of radar level sensors to Johannesburg Water (20 units).** Open to suppliers of radar level sensing instrumentation and related industrial automation who can meet the specified datasheet (2-wire, 11–30 V DC, 4–20 mA/HART, IP68, ±5 mm, 70–100 GHz, 0–20 m, BT remote setup) and deliver 20 units.

#### Requirements
- Complete the BOQ/specification and attach the mandatory datasheet.
- Ensure the bidder is not in the state’s service, not blacklisted, and submits on company letterhead as a PDF.
- Provide Original Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates statement not older than 90 days, and CSD supplier number.
- Complete and submit MBD forms: Declaration of Interest (MBD 4), Past SCM practices (MBD 8), Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9), and Preference Points (MBD 6.1).
- If applicable, submit JV agreement signed by all parties.
- Provide evidence of lease or municipal account (not older than 3 months, not in arrears for more than 90 days).
- Ensure all delivery costs are included in the bid price and taxes are included.
