#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of rain suits to Ugu District Municipality (RFQ REQ27030).** This is a quotation for PPE rainwear intended for procurement of waterproof rain suits; suitable for suppliers of PPE apparel, rainwear manufacturers, or distributors with experience in EN471/SANS 50471 compliant garments. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database, in good standing for tax (TCS/PIN) and SARS e-filing, and may not be in the state’s service. Bids must be on official forms and evaluated under PPPFA 80/20 (or 90/10) as applicable.

#### Requirements
- CSD registration and tax compliance (TCS/PIN) or CSD number if no TCS
- SARS e-filing compliance; not in service of the state
- Bids submitted on official forms; include required supporting documents (CIPC registration, certified IDs, CSD report, tax clearance)
- Preference points for Specific Goals (ownership by black-person owned entities; local district promotion; youth/women/disabled) with documentary proof
- Compliance with PPPFA 80/20 (or 90/10); samples to be delivered by closing; prices excluding VAT; bid validity 30 days
- Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified; submission by sealed bid in the official bid box
