#### Requirements
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provision of SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN.
- Complete and submit the required MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9).
- Provide CIPC registration, certified IDs for directors/owners, and proof of TCS/CSD status for consortiums or sub-contractors.
- Attach proof of Tax Compliance Status or PIN (SARS) and, if applicable, CSD printout (updated within 3 months).
- Adhere to PPPFA 2022 (80/20) with specific-goal points; provide documentation to claim ownership/local-enterprise goals and other specified goals.
