**Supply and delivery of 25 x 6m3 standard waste skip bins to Lepelle-Nkumpi Municipality (Lebowakgomo).** Bidders should be capable of steel fabrication/manufacture of waste skips, meeting the 6m3 specification and compatible with skip-loader trucks, with delivery to the Municipal Offices in Lebowakgomo. #### Requirements
- Administrative and compliance requirements:
- Complete MBD forms: 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9; sign/initial all pages; seal bids; no tippex.
- Attach: entity registration, IDs for directors, Tax Compliance Status or PIN, CSD number if no TCS, proof of municipal rates, and signatory authorization.
- If a Joint Venture/Consortium, provide a formal contract signed by all parties.
- Tax and supplier status: Tax compliance (TCS PIN) and, if foreign, Part B:3 questionnaire; CSD number if no TCS.
- Evaluation: Admin compliance (Phase 1) then Price and Specific Goals (Phase 2); 80/20 price points, 20 points for specific goals (Black ownership, women, youth, disability, etc.).
