#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of Small Volume Parenterals and Insulin Devices to the Department of Health for the period 01 May 2027 to 30 April 2030.** Bidders should be pharmaceutical manufacturers/distributors with SA medicine and medical device licensing, GMP compliance, and capability to supply to the public sector (tax/compliance, CSD, and product registrations).

#### Requirements
- Licences to manufacture/import medicines (LICMD) and medical devices (LICMI); complementaries (LICCM) if applicable. (Annexure A)
- GMP compliance declaration (PBD5) and Medicines Registration Certificates (MRC) for items offered.
- Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN; Tax Compliance Status; CSD registration (MAAA); separate TCS/CSD for joint ventures.
- BBBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; 90/10 price-specific points framework.
- Directors/consortium: PBD9.1 (single bid) or PBD9.2 (multi-entity); SBD4 disclosure; PBD3 bid-signature authorisation; other mandatory annexures.
