- Quality and safety: evidence of QMS/ISO 9001 or equivalent; OHS compliance (policy, risk assessments, good standing); SHEQ documentation as required.
- Commercial and contract terms: NEC3 SC3 contract data governs price adjustments, performance security, liability limits, and dispute resolution; tender validity 180 days; non-compulsory clarification; site-delivery lead times and acceptance criteria.
- Local content and PPPFA: claim B-BBEE points with required documentation; comply with SDL&I/Local Content requirements.
- Clarifications and submission: non-compulsory clarification meeting on 08 September 2026; questions due per Eskom guidelines; submission via Eskom E-tendering (PDF/Excel files; max file sizes referenced in ITT).
