## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of solid dosage forms to the National Department of Health for the period ending 30 April 2029.** The contract covers a public-sector pharmaceutical supply of solid dosage medicines (e.g., tablets and capsules). Bidders should be established pharmaceutical suppliers with SA tax compliance and relevant supplier registrations to support nationwide delivery to the Department of Health (per item list in Annexure A).

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance with SARS (PIN) or Tax Compliance Status; where applicable, CSD registration; and GCC/PP Act compliance.
- CSD registration number (MAAA) for the bidder, and separate CSD numbers for each consortium/JV/partner where relevant.
- Mandatory bid documents: SBD1, PBD3 (signature authorisation), PBD3.1 (for multi/single entity), PBD4.1 (bidder contact details), CSD report, SARS TCS PIN or equivalent, CIPC registration certificate; SBD4/SBD6.1 for declarations and preference points; BBBEE/EME/QSE documentation if claiming preferences.
- Declaration governing state employment, conflicts of interest, and compliance with competition law.
- Not in service of the state or disqualifying relationships with state employees.
- Specific preference: 90/10 points with 10 for B-BBEE status (need SANAS certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE).
- Annexure A provides the list of mandatory documents and the required directors’ information (PBD9.1/PBD9.2 as applicable).
