## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of specialist engineering materials to NRF-iThemba LABS (Cape Town, Faure) for use at the NRF facilities.** Bidders with capability to supply high-pidelity metals and machinable ceramics (and related testing/delivery) should consider bidding, including suppliers of Havar foil, Macor rods, tungsten and tantalum components, and related delivery to Old Faure Road, Faure 7131.

#### Requirements
- CSD registration and tax-compliant status (verified via CSD PIN)  
- Submission of SBD 4 (Bidder Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) with BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit  
- Pricing valid for at least 60 days from closing date; VAT included; pricing must be firm  
- Delivery lead time clearly stated; late proposals not accepted  
- Preference under PPPFA 2022 80/20 (price 80, specific goals 20); BBBEE/Specific Goals documentation required  
- Submit manufacture’s technical datasheets for the requested items (M)  
- Provide CSD Summary Report; ensure tax compliance before award
