#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of standard laptops to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries & Environment (DFFE).** Bidders must be Manufacturer’s Authorized Dealers for the brand offered (Dell, HP, or Lenovo) and must hold SITA RFB 740 accreditation in Gauteng; must submit OEM certificate and relevant B-BBEE documentation and other specified forms as per RFQ. Submissions are electronic and the RFQ closes 29 October 2026.

#### Requirements
- Manufacturer’s Authorized Dealer for the offered brand (Dell, HP, or Lenovo) with OEM certificate.
- Brands offered must be those for which the bidder is duly authorized/accredited.
- SITA RFB 740 accreditation in Gauteng; include SITA accreditation letter.
- Submit OEM certificate and SANAS/CIPC-based B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) and ownership documentation as required to claim specific goals.
- Complete and sign SBD documents (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1); provide formal quotation on company letterhead with VAT per item, CSD (MAAA) number, and banking details.
- Submit CSD/MAAA status or SARS Tax Compliance PIN; ensure tax/compliance status; CSD verification at closing.
- Price and delivery terms: include all costs, VAT, and ensure acceptance of department’s general conditions (e.g., PO prior to delivery, 80/20 preferences if applicable).
- Documents to submit with RFQ: completed SBDs, supplier quotation, CSD report, OEM certificates, SITA accreditation, B-BBEE documentation, and other forms per RFQ.
