- Registration on the City’s Supplier Database and the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and keep data updated.
- Occupational health and safety compliance; Health and Safety Plan may be requested.
- Site visit/clarification meeting (16 July 2026, 10:00, MS Teams) recommended; not compulsory.
- If required, provide additional financials or due diligence information for contracts above thresholds (e.g., past audits, financial statements).
