- Tax and compliance: provide Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance Certificate; VAT status if applicable; complete required MBD forms (4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9) and related declarations.
- Tender documentation: submit only on official tender documentation; sign Official Tender Form; provide Authority of Signatory; include any JV agreements if applicable.
