## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of TETRA and associated public safety radio equipment to the City of Cape Town.** Open to OEMs, distributors and system integrators with ICASA Type Approval (TA) and compliance with the City’s SCM policy and related preconditions.

#### Requirements
- ICASA Type Approval for each offered equipment type (where applicable).  
- OEM/Distributor accreditation letter for each Schedule offered.  
- ICASA TA certificates and OEM/Distributor documentation as returnable schedules (F.13A, F.13B1–3).  
- Complete OEM price lists aligned to the Pricing Schedule and OEM/Distributor contacts (F.13B2–3).  
- Compliance with the City’s SCM Policy, including declarations of interest, independence, and past SCM practices.  
- Registration on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database and on the National Treasury CSD (as requested).  
- Tax clearance in order, and no disqualifying conflicts of interest.  
- Two-stage bidding not used; stand-by bidder provisions apply.  
- Documentation to be submitted with the Form of Offer (CCT tender documents) and related annexures.
