#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of Thermocouples for five years at Lethabo Power Station on an “as and when required” basis.** This procurement is for the continuous supply of thermocouples and related temperature-sensing hardware to Eskom’s Lethabo Power Station. Bidders should have the capability to supply multiple thermocouple types (as per the attached schedules) with an ISO 9001 quality management system, and to meet Eskom’s pre‑contract OHS requirements. Note that subcontracting 100% of the scope is not permitted.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with Eskom’s standard eligibility criteria in Tender Data/Tender Conditions (including no restriction to do business with Eskom or State‑Owned Companies).
- Demonstrated pre‑contract OHS compliance and ISO 9001 quality documentation (and related documentation).
- COIDA or equivalent good standing; Eskom OHS policy and competency requirements (CVs/certificates).
- Subcontracting of 100% of the scope is not allowed; partial subcontracting only.
- Evidence of Supplier Quality Management/QA capabilities (ISO 9001) and related documentation.
- Access to Eskom eTendering requires a CSD number (for eTendering access).
