## Summary

- Notwithstanding, the erratum states bidders are not required to submit a sample (see ERRATUM.pdf); otherwise, samples were historically requested.
- Bidder must comply with the 80/20 Preferential Point System; lowest price not guaranteed.
- No in-service-state (SSE) bidders; use of courier submission is not for tender box handover.
