#### Requirements
- Original certified copies of owner’s ID (not older than six months)
- Proof of company registration (CIPC) or ID copy for sole proprietor
- Recent municipal account in the bidder’s name (or approved alternative affidavit/lease arrangements as described)
- Recent municipal accounts in the directors’ names or approved director affidavits as described
- Completed MBD 3.1 stamped and signed; submit MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9
- False declaration in MBD 4 para 3.14 or CSD information leads to disqualification
- Quotations must be submitted on company letterhead in addition to MBDs
- Include full CSD Report
- Adhere to 80/20 Preferential Point System; use Municipal Tender Document; not obliged to accept the lowest quote
- Provide a sample of the laptops; failure to do so disqualifies the bid
- No telegraphic, faxed, or emailed submissions; submissions must be in the tender box
- No bids from persons in the service of the state
