#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks the supply and delivery of uniform and PPE for The White House, Kimberley, on behalf of the Department of Forestry, Fisheries & Environment.** Bidders in clothing and PPE manufacturing/retailing should be prepared for fittings, sample presentations, and to include logo sizes/colors in pricing. Annexure A defines items (e.g., Conti suit, parkas, chinos, shirts, sunhat, safety specs, boots, gaiters) and branding requirements (DFFE embroidery left-chest). #### Requirements
- Compliance and documentation: formal quotation on company letterhead; include VAT per item, CSD (MAAA) number, and banking details; submit SBD forms as required (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1).
- Tax and registration: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; if applicable, Central Supplier Database registration; all parties in a JV/consortium must have separate TCS/CSD.
- Evaluation: 80/20 preference: 80 for price, 20 for Specific Goals (BBEE-related). Specific goals require proof: SBD6.1, Medical certificate for disability, SANAS/B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and CIPC Ownership Certificate.
- Special conditions: no delivery before official purchase order; prices must be firm and VAT inclusive; DFFE reserves rights to due diligence, negotiate, or not award.
