#### Requirements
- Valve RSV GATE 150MM TABLE (PN16 to SABS 664-2009), 100 units, locally manufactured. (see 6000080618_Valve RSV Gate_Southdale.pdf)
- Must provide manufacture datasheet and brand names for all items. Inspection by Johannesburg Water Technical Team during manufacturing; notify 48 hours prior. 
- Specific goal: SMME (51%+ black-owned) with 80/20 price-specific goal split; BBBEE documentation required.
- Mandatory documentation: full BOQ/spec, attendance at compulsory briefing, datasheet/reference letters/certifications, PDFs on company letterhead, JV agreement if applicable.
- Mandatory registrations/clearances: Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates/arrears (not >90 days), CSD supplier number, MBD forms (4, 6.1, 8, 9), lease/municipal statement, company registration documents.
