#### Overview
**The South African Weather Service invites bids for the supply and delivery of various chemicals and certified reference materials for the SA Mercury Network (SAMNet).** The contract is a RFQ up to R500,000 for delivery to the Cape Town Weather Office (GAW) at Oval Office Park, Freight Road, Cape Town International Airport. Bidder eligibility includes laboratory chemical supply capability and relevant certifications.

#### Requirements
- Compliance: tax matters in order (SARS PIN or TCS), CSD registration, and submission of PII forms (Annexure A, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1 if claiming), POPIA consent, BBBEE status where applicable.

- Evaluation: three phases—SCM compliance, technical evaluation (Yes/No for each item in Annexure H), then price and specific goals (80/20 or 80/20 for BBEEE as applicable).
