**Supply and delivery of Various Safety Signages for a period of 36 Months at Komati Power Station.** Eskom invites bidders to supply safety signage on an as‑needed basis. Target bidders include signage manufacturers/suppliers with capability in printing/production and delivery; bidders must meet Eskom’s eligibility criteria, comply with ISO 9001 and Eskom OHS requirements, and observe local content and PPPFA rules as applicable. #### Requirements
- Meet Eskom eligibility criteria; not restricted from doing business with Eskom/State-Owned Companies; not nationality-listed; not 100% subcontracting. 
- Submit complete tender with all mandatory returnables and forms (Annexures A–J, SBDs 1/4/6.x, CPA declarations, tax clearance, CSD, etc.). 
- Comply with Eskom’s quality and safety standards: ISO 9001, Eskom OHS requirements, inductions, and site/contractor management provisions. 
- Demonstrate capability and meet minimum functionality threshold (70%). Price evaluation includes VAT and follows Eskom’s PPPFA/ preference rules. 
- CIDB requirements: Not applicable for this contract.
