## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and delivery of various trailers for a period of 36 months (as and when required).** Open to manufacturers or accredited distributors/agents of trailers who can supply OEM-grade units and meet pre-qualification requirements (CSD and municipal/vendor registrations, tax compliance, OH&S, and related tender formalities).

#### Requirements
- OEM manufacture or accredited agent; if an agent, provide OEM accreditation letter.  
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini vendor database; provide respective numbers.  
- Tax compliance: Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN; separate for each JV partner.  
- Declaration of municipal fees (or acknowledged debt) and include relevant account numbers.  
- Occupational Health and Safety compliance: complete the OHS declarations and related safety plan if requested.  
- Declarations: MBD 4 (interest), MBD 5 (above R10m, if applicable), MBD 6.1 (preference points), MBD 8 (past SCM practices), MBD 9 (independent bid determination).  
- Official Tender Form fully completed and signed; Authority of Signatory completed.  
- Returnable documents must be provided; JV arrangements must include appropriate JV documentation.  
- If applicable, provide proof of OEM accreditation if bidding as an agent (section details in the tender).
